Prestige builds ground-up custom homes and high-end renovations across Long Island's North
Shore and Gold Coast, plus select Manhattan apartment and loft projects. The firm
deliberately runs only about five to six projects at a time.

What makes the model different: the relationship starts at design, before construction.
Because the people who design the home are accountable for building it, budgets are set
against real construction costs from the start, phases overlap instead of running end to
end, and change orders driven by unbuildable drawings largely disappear.

Typical timeline is 12 to 18 months from first consultation to keys, depending on scope.
