How LIOR GOLAN got here
Lior "Leo" Golan started in construction at 15, working alongside his family in Israel. He came to the United States in 1990 and spent the next three decades in high-end residential construction on Long Island.
He kept seeing the same problem. A homeowner would hire an architect, then a designer, then a builder. Each worked independently. When something went wrong — a budget that ballooned, a design that didn't translate to construction — everyone pointed at someone else.
Lior built Prestige around the opposite model: one team that designs it, builds it, and owns every decision. He takes on a limited number of projects each year because, as he puts it: "I don't bite more than I can chew."
