    If there's a fit, the next step is a walkthrough of the Prestige design-build process - including a live look at the 3D technology that lets you walk through your home before a single wall goes up. Most clients say this is the moment they knew Prestige was the right team.

    No - it's a conversation. We'll answer your questions and give you an honest read on your project. No obligation and no follow-up pressure. If it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you.

  • I'm early in the process - is it too soon to talk?

    Early is ideal. The most costly mistakes happen before construction starts, so the sooner we talk, the better your decisions later - whether you build with us or not.

  • Do I need plans or drawings already?

    No. Many of the homeowners we speak with are still forming their vision. If you have plans or drawings, bring them; if you don't, we'll start from where you are.

  • Is my project big enough?

    We focus on ground-up custom homes from $1.5M and renovations from $500K. If you're planning a serious project, it's worth a conversation.

  • How does the call work?

    About 30 minutes, over Google Meet or by phone - with Lior Golan directly, your single point of contact. You'll receive a confirmation and a meeting link the moment you book.

  • Is there a cost?
