This doesn't go to a sales team or a receptionist. Lior reads every inquiry himself. He's the person who will design your home, manage your build, and stand on your job site - so he wants to understand your project from the very first message.
Usually sooner. Lior will call or email - whichever you prefer. If you have a preferred time for a callback, mention it in your message and he'll work around your schedule.
The first call is 15 - 20 minutes. Lior will ask about your project, your timeline, and what you're envisioning. He'll give you an honest sense of scope and investment range - so you know where you stand before committing to anything. No obligation, no pressure.
For serious prospects, the next step is a Zoom meeting where Lior walks you through the Prestige design-build process - including a live demonstration of the 3D design technology that lets you walk through your home before a single wall goes up. Most clients say this is the moment they knew Prestige was the right team.
