It starts with a conversation with Lior. We research your lot's zoning, setbacks and buildable area before you invest in design, then the floor plans are drawn around how your family lives - architecture by our licensed architect partners.

The massing model first: rooms, light and flow before a single finish. Then you walk through your home in real-time 3D, with every material a real product with a real cost.

Select materials, finishes, and SKUs live; the renders become your line-item finish schedule. Construction-ready documents resolve every structural detail, dimension and system on paper, not on site, and your budget is set before construction begins.

Lior is on site personally, managing trades and making sure what gets built matches what you experienced in 3D. At the final walkthrough every detail is checked against what you approved, and the punch list is completed before handover.
