Every new build starts with site investigation: zoning, municipal codes, buildable area — all researched before we draw a single line. Then we design your home in photorealistic 3D, select every material inside the live model, and lock your budget before pouring the first footing. Lior is on site personally throughout construction. The home you walk through in 3D is the home you walk into on move-in day.

Prestige coordinates interior architecture as part of the design-build process, working with award-winning firms to develop every interior detail in parallel with your home's structural design. Materials, finishes, fixtures, and millwork are selected inside the 3D model — so you see how every choice works together before construction starts.
